Gloria is a native Texan who has spent her professional career in the food, food marketing and special events planning.
Her background includes Foley's Department Stores, Reynolds Aluminum Company, The Quaker Oats Company, Byerly's Supermarkets and Kehe Food Distributors in Consumer Services, Marketing, Purchasing and special events. Gloria also has an extensive background in tv, radio, product commercials and public speaking.
Gloria is actively involved in her community with the Public Library, Park and School Districts and other service organizations. She has been an elected official in the Village of Bloomingdale for over 15 years.
She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University where she obtained an education degree in Home Economics. She received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the university in the year 2000.

The Party Mouse is a lifelong dream to return to Texas and open her own party store. For Gloria, it is one of the many ways she shares her enthusiasm for entertaining and celebrating family and individual accomplishments. Her goal is to work with her customers to help them make their own celebration special. She provides new ideas, does things differently, links to an individual's personality or creates a totally unique solution as part of the entertaining process she enjoys so much.
As a business woman, wife and mother, Gloria appreciates the art of planning and entertaining in today's busy lifestyle. Her life experiences have provided her with opportunities to party plan from an intimate 4, up to 3,000 guests in such Chicago cultural venues as The Field Museum of Natural History, The Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, The Chicago Science and Industry Museum and The Lincoln Park Zoo.
